My experience

From October 2016 I was HRCH’s Director of Clinical Services (Hounslow and North West London). Prior to that, I held senior operational roles in predecessor organisations.

I have worked within the NHS for over 35 years, starting as an administrative assistant and eventually in senior roles in acute care, community care and commissioning.

Thoughts on the new role

I’m delighted to be appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (Community) as I am passionate about the role community services can play in working with partners to develop the best outcomes for people who use our services, and those who could use them in the future.

A bit about me

I was born in Scotland, grew up in Birmingham and married a Welshman, which makes for an interesting accent and for even more interesting words or phrases that I use.

I enjoy reading cookbooks and cooking, and walking with our dogs.
