A year of partnership between HRCH and Your Healthcare

A year ago this month, HRCH joined with Your Healthcare in a partnership that aimed to take best practice from both organisations and use our shared expertise and resources to do more for our local communities.

Through our Committee in Common, we are able to make joint decisions and manage the delivery of services across organisational and geographical boundaries.

When we came together, we agreed five priority areas to focus on over the coming 12 months. The short film below highlights some of the progress we’ve made and looks forward as we continue in our journey together.
